1. 30‑day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
return window: 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused.
2. conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In new, unused condition (unless defective).
- In the original packaging with all included accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non‑returnable items:
- Opened toner or ink cartridges (unless defective).
- Custom‑ordered or special‑order parts.
- Gift cards.
- Software or digital downloads.
3. defective or wrong item
If you receive a defective part or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for return shipping (free of charge) and provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
For Assistance services: if a Assistance fails within the 6‑month warranty period, we will re‑perform the Assistance at no cost. Refunds for labor are considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
4. how to return an item
- Email returns@print-pro.store or call +1 (833) 632-8717 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship to: PrintPro Returns, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. refunds & processing time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days.

6. exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges without a separate return/repurchase are handled on a case‑by‑case basis — contact us for assistance.
7. Assistance service refunds
For in‑shop Assistances:
- If we cannot fix the issue, the diagnosis fee is waived and you pay nothing.
- If you cancel the Assistance after diagnosis but before work begins, the diagnosis fee ($25) is non‑refundable.
- If the same issue recurs within 6 months, we will Assistance it free of charge (parts and labor).
8. damaged in shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the box and item damage.
- Email photos and your order number to claims@print-pro.store within 48 hours.
- Keep all original packaging — it may be needed for the carrier's inspection.
We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
